We're tackling a variety of cutting-edge problems, from efficiently delivering real-time analytics for millions of transactions to designing blazing fast, ultra-responsive web applications. We use a diverse technology stack rooted in Rails, Coffeescript and MongoDB, but we're always open to incorporating new technologies. The Role

We're looking for a devops engineer to help us scale out our infrastructure. We've been growing very fast at Appboy. We use a diverse technology stack rooted in Rails, MongoDB, Redis, and Amazon Redshift, but we're always open to incorporating new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build out the infrastructure to help us scale from dozens of servers to hundreds, and be in charge of all aspects of configuration management
• Automate everything you can
• Run frequent performance testing and think about our infrastructure to identify potential scaling issues, then make recommendations of how to improve things
• Ensure our services are highly-available and properly backed up; help us develop an uptime SLA guarantee and monitor against it
• Manage the relationship with our infrastructure providers
• Ensure that our infrastructure is well-monitored and documented

The Role

We're looking for both an iOS and an Android developer to help us expand and enhance our client SDKs. You'll work directly with our CTO and existing mobile teams to help app developers integrate our analytics and messaging platform into their apps, enabling them to communicate with millions of users. We're more interested in working with passionate technologists who have a strong desire to learn than we are in deep experience with the platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team, pipeline and inbound leads
