Car Trouble

Make a car accident a little easier to deal with. This app would provide quick links to call a tow truck, 911, AAA, or find the number for the local police in case of an emergency/accident. The app would also give you a place to enter multiple other drivers info (i.e. insurance, license, registration, etc), and export the data, as well as store all your own for quick reference.
Editing your personal probably should require a password… viewing probably shouldnt require anything.
Also, the app would be able to activate GPS, and convert your coordinates into an interestion, or an address, or maybe a highway mile marker???, to make it easier to let the tow truck/police/whoever know where to find you…
Quick access to the camera to take pictures
I’ve got other ideas too. I use android… so thats the platform I want it on most, but everyone should really have this app, or something like it.

@mark, I'm not sure exactly how to program on Android and what language you write in, but I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard.
