Details
With ProOnGo Expense’s subscription-based Receipt Reader, just take a picture of your receipt with your phone’s camera, then the app will extract the receipt amount, merchant name and the date and automatically generate an expense report based on the data.
When it’s time to submit your expense report, export your expenses as an Excel spreadsheet, XML, Fax it to any number in North America, or sync your expense report with your QuickBooks Online Edition account.
ProOnGo Expense also tracks mileage and time expenses, converts currencies, sets recurring expenses and integrates with your phone’s calendar and contacts.

The "optional" receipt reader - has anyone raised questions about if snapshots of your receipts are being catalogued on some computer somewhere? seems like a touchy subject. i love how this thing analyzes and reads receipts, i'm not thrilled if they are being sent out from my phone.

hey glen. we, at ProOnGo, don't use or sell the information collected, and if we were to, we'd make it very explicit to our users. the last thing we want to do is use our user's information without their permission.
